This transformation will enable faster, more effective delivery and help build a future-ready, resilient organization and we need an experienced Strategy Execution Lead to join us.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

This strategic leadership role sits at the heart of AA’s transformation, connecting enterprise strategy with execution. As Strategy Execution Lead, you’ll oversee the enterprise backlog, drive quarterly prioritisation, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivery performance, portfolio insights, and planning. You’ll facilitate business reviews, translate strategic goals into delivery roadmaps, and champion agile practices to ensure governance, clarity, and continuous improvement. Your work will shape a transparent, accountable delivery environment that unlocks value and drives AA’s strategic outcomes.

About You | Mōu

You’re an experienced strategic delivery leader with a strong background in enterprise portfolio management, transformation, or agile delivery. You bring deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and scaled agile frameworks, and you know how to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in complex environments, lead through change, and build high-performing teams with a focus on continuous improvement and systems thinking. You’re motivated by the opportunity to shape how strategy becomes reality, working across all divisions to embed a delivery model built for speed, value, and sustainability. With a passion for purpose and legacy, you’re ready to help ensure AA remains relevant for generations to come.
