Job Description

The Delivery Manager / Scrum Master ensures the successful delivery of digital products and initiatives by applying Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing teams. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and development execution, promoting delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
 

Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) across multiple teams.

• Delivery Ownership: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product increments, while managing risks, dependencies, and scope.

• Team Support: Coach and support Agile teams to increase maturity, collaboration, and productivity; remove blockers and promote self-organization.

• Stakeholder Alignment Support: Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure clear understanding of priorities and smooth delivery handovers across stakeholders.

• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, team health), identifying areas for improvement.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize delivery processes, tools, and practices to drive efficiency and agility.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Manage dependencies between teams and align cross-functional efforts in multi-team or scaled Agile environments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in Agile delivery management or Scrum Master roles

• Proven knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Communication skills - Excellent

• Leadership skills - Excellent

• Scrum & Agile Methodologies - Excellent

• Jira, Confluence, or similar tools - Strong

• Metrics & Reporting (For example in Jira: Created vs. Resolved Issues Report, Average Age Report, Resolution Time Report and so on) - Strong

• Continuous Improvement Mindset - Strong

• Conflict Resolution - Good

• Project Risk Management - Good
