Salary $73,730- $91,163 depending on experience
Remote Position: available for candidates residing in *PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA
Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.

Position Details:
The Enterprise Systems Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of enterprise application initiatives. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience. The Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to assess technology needs, develop application roadmaps, and oversee system implementations. Additionally, this role ensures that enterprise applications remain scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with evolving business requirements by working closely with IT operations, the PMO, and vendor partners. Duties include:
• Define and manage the product roadmap for enterprise applications, ensuring business alignment and
scalability.
• Lead application selection, implementation, and enhancement projects in collaboration with IT teams and
vendors.
• Develop user adoption strategies and training programs to maximize the value of enterprise applications.
• Establish KPIs and track application performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Work with IT PMO and operations teams to optimize application governance and deployment methodologies.
• Conduct regular evaluations of enterprise applications to ensure continued alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and develop application enhancement strategies.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses for new application initiatives and present recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory, and governance standards in all enterprise application
initiatives.

Qualifications
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in product management (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe Product Management) preferred.
• Additional certifications in enterprise applications, IT governance, or agile methodologies are a plus.
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application product management, business analysis, or IT strategy required.
• Proven experience managing the lifecycle of enterprise applications from selection to implementation and
optimization.
• Strong background in vendor management, software procurement, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of enterprise application platforms (ERP, CRM, EHR, business intelligence tools, cloud solutions).
• Experience in system integrations, API management, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement for enterprise applications
