All about the role:

To arrange and perform all test and verification activities. Help us improve the quality, reliability and performance of our products and systems.

What you’ll do:

• Take full responsibility to drive the test activities. (To be the CTV window in projects, Create test plans and sample plans, and arrange testing resource both in the CTV and at supplier labs.)

• Communicate with external stakeholders in projects.

• Support target settings, market claims. (Arrange competitor and base model testing, analysis 3rd party testing results, etc.)

• Create and modify test specs for new features.

• Drive root cause analysis in case of any failures during testing.

• Participate project activities. (Engineering and Technical reviews, project meetings, etc.)

• Conduct performance, durability and life tests.

Who you are:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or engineering

• Experience in product verification or engineering of air purifiers or filters

• A team player

• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)

Core Competencies

• Advanced knowledge on using lab equipment.

• Data analysis with statistic method.

• Good presentation skills.

• Language: Mandarin and English

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at Shanghai Lab Office in China, No. 45 Jiangchang 1st Road, Jing'an District. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
