Join us as a Partnerships Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the NW BaaS third party portfolio and to continuously improve the partnership process in terms of cost, service and operational efficiency working directly with the Head of Strategic Partnerships.

What you'll do

As a Partnerships Manager in NW Boxed you'll be:

  • Delivering strategic profiling of all suppliers, to ensure an appropriate approach to supplier management in line with the growth and scale of the business
  • Ensuring that third party contract requirements are delivered to timescales, budget and against the mettle e2e on-boarding process
  • Identifying and implementing third party process efficiencies to drive strategic value and a seamless self-serve approach
  • Producing meaningful insights through the use of MI and creation of dashboards
  • Working with Service Management, Controls and Service Owners to drive third party operational reviews to closely monitor contract performance against SLA’s
  • Developing category strategies in collaboration with Service Owners and Technology to ensure a best in class Supplier portfolio that supports business OKRs and project timelines
  • Continually reviewing all relevant external market trends, developments and competitor activity

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of the e2e Supplier Chain process and methodologies in a Financial Services industry across a broad range of categories including Technology
  • The ability to be a strategic thinker and problem solver that can effectively drive efficiencies and optimise processes
  • An understanding of Outsourcing Banking Regulations and how they will apply to the business
  • Good working knowledge of all elements of contract law, and have commercial acumen of the supplier commercial models
  • Exceptional task management, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record in project management and delivery as well as effective presentation and facilitation
  • Comprehensive understanding of the commercials of the business and be able to deploy that knowledge effectively

In addition, the following will be very advantageous:

  • Knowledge of agile practices in a Fintech environment and able to work in an iterative way
  • Very strong Supply Chain experience
  • A professional purchasing qualification would be an advantage (e.g. CIPS)
