SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and ensure availability of emergency medications.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards in the clinic.
Ensure accurate and confidential medical recordkeeping.
Supervise clinic nurses and other health personnel, including schedule planning and delegation of duties.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure quality nursing care.
Serve as the primary liaison between clinic staff and company management or third-party providers.
Ensure the clinic complies with regulations set by the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC).
Assist in preparing for government inspections, medical audits, and compliance certifications.
Act as the main point of contact for escalated medical or health-related cases.
Prepare and submit periodic health reports, incident logs, and health statistics to management.
Plan and lead health and wellness initiatives such as Health Talks, mental health awareness campaigns, etc.
Collaborate with HR and external partners to promote employee well-being and reduce absenteeism

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Willing to be assigned in One Felicity Center (Commonwealth) site.
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Specific Knowledge Certification Required
- With Active PRC License for Nurses
- With OHNAP BOSH Training
- With First Aid and BLS Training
