The Project Manager / Innovation and Transformation Lead (Operations & Assurance) plays a critical role in enhancing Trilogy Care’s commercial efficiency and operating margin optimisation, ensuring robust compliance with Support at Home legislation and driving innovation through strategic use of AI and technology. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a passion for process optimisation, operational excellence and technological innovation.
What You’ll do
Legislation & Compliance
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Support at Home legislative and regulatory landscape.
- Ensure ongoing compliance through proactive risk identification and management.
Project Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end project plan for implementing regulatory changes.
- Revise policies, align systems with operational needs, and drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Lead change management, risk mitigation, reporting, and documentation efforts to support transformation.
Operational & Commercial Excellence
- Analyse and enhance operational processes to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Drive workflow optimisation and implement sustainable improvements that support business growth.
Innovation & AI Integration
- Identify and deliver opportunities to centralise data and leverage emerging technologies across departments.
- Represent operational priorities to the Data & AI team and lead the adoption of AI within operational workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across teams and with key external bodies (e.g. Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission).
- Communicate requirements, innovations, and implementation plans effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven expertise in operational optimisation and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong track record of leading transformation projects, particularly those involving AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for driving change and fostering continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of the Support at Home legislative and regulatory environment is highly regarded but not essential.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Process Improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and/or AI or Technology Management are highly desirable.
