Responsibilty 

1日常检查设施巡检(空调系统、特种设备、装饰面、水电、消防器材、打印机墨盒）

2机修、施工5S

3每日能耗记录（水电记录、温湿度与静电抗阻值临界/超标的跟进解决）

4及时跟进日常维修、moving

5在hard主管/工程师指导下，进行自营ppm、自营改造实施

6响应（通过电话或短信）关键系统的所有紧急维护/故障

7假日检查（关机和启动）

8上级（含设施经理/hard主管/工程师)，与供应商协调（计划的预防性）维护活动（包括周末工作），陪同并确保按要求完成。

9在上级（含设施经理/hard主管/工程师)安排下，跟踪维护进度，了解缺陷的根本原因并汇报工程主管

10上级（含设施经理/hard主管/工程师)，与BMO协调，确保解决缺陷/潜在风险

11协助识别与Hard Service相关的潜在风险，及时向上级汇报

12上级（含设施经理/hard主管/工程师)，对现场施工供应商的培训和施工监管、验收

13与 BMO保持沟通，检查BMO处能耗，并记录汇报给hard主管

14协助管理安防系统

15协助固定资产盘点

16直线经理和客户方的其他任务分配
