THE JOB:
As the Surveillance Technician Manager, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of all surveillance systems to ensure compliance with laws and company policies. This role involves overseeing CCTV systems, managing routine and preventative maintenance, and executing projects for optimal operational performance. You will drive the planning and installation of surveillance equipment, maintain AutoCAD maps, and collaborate with purchasing for technology procurement. Additionally, the position includes overseeing Category 5 cabling projects and reporting unusual incidents to security leadership, ensuring robust surveillance operations across the property.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and Innovate: Oversee the installation and maintenance of advanced CCTV systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Ensure Excellence: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of surveillance equipment to ensure flawless operation.

• Project Management: Strategically manage surveillance projects, ensuring timely completion and functionality of all systems.

• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with purchasing and security departments to procure technology and manage guest concerns effectively.

• Technical Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD to maintain up-to-date maps and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of prior progressive experience in Surveillance Networking, Information Technology or prior relevant experience.

• Able or willing to obtain a valid gaming registration.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$67,000.00 - $111,700.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
