RQ09554 - Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior

<p>Hybrid - - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote</p> <p>MUST HAVES:</p> <p>-5 to 10 years of experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non GUI environments.</p> <p>-Demonstrated experience with business clients, supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities.</p> <p>-Demonstrated experience in executing functional tests, non-functional tests, and systems level integration tests.</p> <p>-Demonstrated experience in coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases.</p> <p>Demonstrated experience in procedures and techniques of testing web based, online, batch, client server systems and web services.</p> <p>-Demonstrated experience Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)</p> <p>-Expertise in end-to-end digital accessibility testing, including automated, manual, and assistive techniques.</p> <p>-Knowledge of the Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1 level A and AA.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other skills - 25%</strong></p> <p>- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and test plan walkthroughs and in carrying out static testing.</p> <p>-Demonstrated experience in setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-today computer systems operations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Client Support -</strong> <strong>10%</strong></p> <p>Demonstrated experience of working with client customer support representatives to assist in data set up for training and implementation.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Government Business Process Experience - 5%</strong></p> <p>Working experience on applications that automate internal government business processes such as Websphere, e-Forms, JDBC, and Business Objects Enterprise etc., would be an asset.</p> <p> </p>
