What’s on offer?
As the Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business continues to expand, we are now looking to hire a Traffic Management Coordinator to join our team based in our Geelong Depot. Reporting to the Divisional Manager for our Western region operations, the TM Coordinator will take responsibility for leading the traffic management team to deliver safe, efficient, timely and cost-effective traffic management services. Role responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Prepare daily priority lists, weekly status reports, and project budgets.
- Track and report project progress using traffic management or project tracking software
- Report and monitor workplace hazards, risks, issues, and incidents; participate in investigations when required.
- Maintain productive relationships and clear communication within traffic crews, operations management, and clients.
How will you connect to the role:
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within the traffic management industry coupled with the necessary qualifications. Skills & Experience would include:
- Construction Induction Card
- TC ticket/Traffic management Implementer (TMI)/Traffic Management Designer (TMD)
- Circa 5 years + industry experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (word/excel etc)
- Reliable, professional approach to your work
