Safe Launch Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Execute new product introduction Safe Launch plan from development team

• Work with logistic and manufacturing site for Safe Launch ramp and meet time to delivery goal.

• Monitor the assembly/test performance by Safe Launch plan and coordinate for abnormality, define the containment action,  root cause finding and permanent correction action with Subject Matter Expert.

• Handler the risk Material disposition with Maverick Review Board.

• Continuous improvement for observed NPI problems during Safe Launch

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master degree in science or engineering majors

• Good communication skill

• Good English skill

• Seniority less than 2 years

• Familiar with project management or semiconductor process would be a plus
