With locations across NSW and Victoria we are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various positions across 17 locations. You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to understand the hiring needs of the business, setting the Talent Acquisition strategy and providing the clubs with the best talent available in the market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with Senior Leaders to understand their hiring needs
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
Assist with the successful onboarding of new employees
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most effective recruitment solutions

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of recruitment software and databases
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
