Crunch Fitness in Chatswood is seeking a full-time Club Manager to oversee club services, operations and membership growth.

The Club Manager is responsible for maintaining a well-serviced club environment with a good-positive culture that retains members and attracts new members to impact club profitability.

As a Club Manager, you will:

• Maintain service standards

• Execute effective sales and marketing plans

• Develop local community and corporate outreach opportunities

• Support key offerings like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group Fitness

• Manage Member communication and feedback

• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performance team

• Achieve sales and service targets for club profitability
