We’re seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to lead financial reporting, compliance, payroll, and audit coordination across Netball WA and its subsidiaries, including West Coast Fever and Glass Jar Australia.
Primary Purpose of Position
This role plays a vital part in the preparation of financial statements, the effective management of the general ledger, and the coordination of audits. It also encompasses compliance reporting, account reconciliations, payroll and expense management, and provides support with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Essential Criteria
- CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards
- Proficient in accounting systems and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Current WA driver’s licence and WWCC (or ability to obtain)
