SMB Technical Sales Representative (for Switzerland with German)

What you’ll achieve
As a SMB Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for offering ISG solutions and providing ISG consultation while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts.

You will:

Be responsible for delivering the right technical solutions depending on customer’s needs and expectations
Deliver on expectations in short/ long term targets and KPIs such as ISG revenue, ISG mix and pipeline management
Be responsible for all ISG leads assigned and execute on time
Work continuously on technical development and stay informed about latest industry trends
Have knowledge about the market and competition in enterprise solutions and clearly articulate this to SMB customers and partners

Essential Requirements

Master's degree in Business AND 3+ years of relational sales experience
Excellent English and German communication skills, written and spoken
Affinity for IT industry
Experience in working with Microsoft suite and software including Salesforce.com and advanced knowledge of Enterprise technologies
Basics experience in coaching and mentoring is an advantage and ability to share knowledge and experience in a structured way

Salary starting from: 1700 EUR gross fix pay + 600 EUR gross variable pay

Salary split: 70/30
