Billing Officer - OTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all completed sales orders or deliveries are converted into billing documents in SAP

• Ensure that the supporting documents are complete before billing

• Ensure all information (price, quantity, discount, etc.) in SAP matches with the customer order and customer goods receipt before billing

• Follow up on any pending issues regarding billing process. Communicate to all stake holder (Supply Chain, Customer Service & Sales) for any discrepancies.

• Ensure the completeness of document handovers to Collection Team

• Recap and filing all document handovers to Collection Team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG industry as Billing Staff.

• Can work either as team or independently.

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

• Experience in journalizing.

• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, such as lookup & pivot.

• Work smart, dynamic, detail oriented, and fast response.

• Good integrity and attitude.
