Job description

You will lead the end-to-end design process: from user research and field observations to wireframes, flows, and design specs, working closely with internal stakeholders, software teams, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design for in-house digital tools and physical product interfaces.
Build and maintain a scalable design system from scratch.
Plan and execute usability research: stakeholder interviews, field observations, surveys, and workshops.
Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate closely with software and hardware teams to ensure a consistent, usable product experience across all platforms.
Build and institutionalize the design process within the company – including workflow, documentation, and design standards.
Be the voice of the user across product discussions, balancing business and technical constraints.
Create design systems and reusable component libraries where relevant.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in UX/UI design (end-to-end).
Experience designing interfaces for complex systems or operational tools – preferably in hardware-integrated environments.
Previous experience building a design system from scratch is required
Strong research skills – from planning and conducting interviews to usability testing and synthesizing insights.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with software developers, PMs, and field operators.
Ability to manage and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in design tools

Nice to Have:

Experience with B2B or in-house product design.
Background in industrial design or working with hardware teams.
Hebrew speaker – ability to conduct field observations and interviews in Hebrew.
Familiarity with physical environments where products are deployed (logistics, infrastructure, etc.)
