About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual with strong sales skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent organizational abilities to join our dynamic sales team. You will work closely with our Enterprise Sales Manager—at the core of the company’s most strategic and exciting deals.

This hands-on role supports the full sales cycle—from lead intake and proposals to client tours, collaboration, deal closing, and onboarding. You’ll proactively engage cold leads, build relationships with brokers and high-tech companies, and represent the company with energy and organization. Great growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and track leads in the CRM system
  • Proactively engage cold leads and generate new clients via LinkedIn, site tours, and calls
  • Coordinate and actively participate in client site tours
  • Prepare pricing proposals and tailored business plans
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure smooth sales pipeline progression
  • Collaborate with interior designers and operational teams
  • Support final deal stages and client onboarding
  • Provide ongoing client service post-onboarding
  • Build and nurture relationships with brokers and top high-tech companies
  • Coordinate meetings with brokers and external partners

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint especially) – required
  • Good command of English – advantage
  • 2–3 years of sales-related experience – advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong service orientation
  • High organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, commercial mindset, eager to learn and grow
