We are currently searching for a Scrum Master (IT – Agile Coach):

Responsibilities:

• Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen existing relationships and leverage the bank’s systems, connections, and knowledge.
• Ensure team objectives, plans, and individual initiatives are executed in alignment with business strategies.
• Guarantee all activities comply with current internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a coach in SCRUM practices and foster Agile methodologies across teams.
• Apply AS-IS / TO-BE process modeling and best practices in SCRUM.
• Make informed decisions while promoting a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SCRUM coach.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, team management, motivation, leadership, frustration tolerance, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Knowledge and implementation of agile productivity metrics.
• Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and/or dependencies.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle (PMBOK) and SDLC.
• Ability to apply SCRUM best practices effectively.
• Proficiency in process modeling and transformation initiatives.

Desired:

• Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience in the financial sector.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Lean, and Management 3.0 frameworks.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
