We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to evolve and own Agora's investment management, embedded payments, and financial services solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll lead go-to-market strategies and product positioning, working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and financial services teams from pre-sales to customer engagement, upsell, and cross-sell. You'll gain a deep understanding of customer needs, conduct insightful market and competitive research, and translate findings into compelling messaging and effective marketing materials that bridge the gap between software and services. Success will be measured through strategic outcomes (e.g., ARR, win rate) and tactical impact (e.g., collateral usage, product adoption).
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and our evolved offering, ensuring stakeholder alignment across channels.
- Product Messaging & Positioning: Define and refine strategic positioning and messaging to differentiate Agora’s unique value in a way that resonates with our target market.
- Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, informing strategic product, marketing & messaging decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Create impactful collateral (battlecards, slide decks, case studies) and narratives for the GTM team that highlight our capabilities and benefits.
- Packaging & Pricing: Evolve pricing and packaging strategies aligned with customer value perceptions and market conditions to maximize revenue potential.
Metrics & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product marketing initiatives, enhancing ARR impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
What are we looking for
- Minimum 3 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally within fintech.
- Demonstrable experience leading GTM strategies for comprehensive product offerings (beyond feature-level) in saturated markets.
- Proven success managing complex product launches holistically.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership without authority, collaborating effectively at all organizational levels, including executives. Knows how to generate trust, ensure alignment, and build strong relationships with internal teams, providing advice and guidance. A person others WANT to work with.
- Adept at guiding content creation across marketing channels, ensuring clarity, impact, and strategy execution at scale.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills, balancing depth, quality, and speed. You know how to move necessary mountains and get things done, whether it’s developing strategic positioning with the CPO or writing new marketing e-mail content.
- Analytical, integrative mindset, leveraging data to derive actionable insights and measurable outcomes. You know how to connect multiple pieces of data, separate anecdotes from trends, and are skilled at measuring the success of product marketing initiatives.
- Outstanding messaging & communication skills: proficient in translating complex, technical concepts into simple, persuasive values, easy-to-sell tactics, and engaging sales materials.
