Primary Functions

• Lead and execute BU operation optimization project
• Lead and execute Ssales operation project
• Organize, manage and track BU governance meeting and cross-function collaboration
• Support and enhance BU level people engagement
• Alliance management

Job qualification At least 3 years MNC experience

• Strong project management skill
• Strong cross-team communication skill
• Previous sales management experience or brand management experience preferred.
