We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our Operations team at Papaya Global. This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency through data and process improvements.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will help bring to life our business plans, work closely with stakeholders across Operations, product, and other internal teams to break down initiatives into clear workplans, track progress, and ensure execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the business plan into actionable project milestones and tasks
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Support communication and alignment across departments
• Identify blockers and propose practical solutions

Requirements

• Up to 1–2 years of experience in an operational or project management role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with project management tools– an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)- Must
