Associate, Legal and Corporate Secretary (Fintech, Banking & Multi-finance)

What you'll do:

• Prepare, draft and review letter, agreements. and/or other legal related documents (including briefs, correspondence, affidavits, contracts, pleadings, and memos).
• Executes and maintains all required official corporate filings, documents, reports according to applicable law and regulation.
• Handle and maintain corporate secretarial matters (including  coordination of Board of Directors, Board of Commissioner or Shareholder meetings and prepares the agendas and documents required for the meetings)
• Conduct excellent research, review and interpret new laws and regulations applicable and understand its impact on day to day business.
• Propose recommendations to solve legal issues and/or mitigate risk.
• Support the other business units' to meet the regulatory requirements.
• Independently meet and liaise with counterparties, government authorities, external legal counsel, notary, consultant, association, or any other third party and maintain the relationship as necessary.

Requirements

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelors degree in law from a top tier university with a GPA minimum 3.60;
• Minimum 2 years' experience as legal officer/associate in financial services institutions/corporate law firm;
• Good knowledge of fintech lending industry, multi-finance, insurance, banking & finance, and/or general corporate;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment;
• Fluent English writing and speaking;
• Capable of working as both and individual or a team player
• Good communication, critical analysis and willing to learn new things;
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks;
• Meticulous and well-organized;
• High degree of professional and work ethic and integrity
