What you'll be doing:

We’re looking for a Communication & PR Expert to help shape and share Avon’s story with the world. In this role, you’ll be the voice behind our brand, leading the way we communicate both externally and internally. You’ll manage PR campaigns, build media relationships, and bring purpose-led initiatives to life. Whether it’s coordinating with agencies, handling internal townhalls, or supporting crisis communication, you’ll ensure our message is clear, consistent, and impactful.

Key responsibilities:

What you'll be working on:

Leading brand and corporate PR campaigns, including omnichannel activations and media interviews
Driving product PR support for key launches and tentpole campaigns
Managing CSR initiatives such as Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) and campaigns against violence towards women and girls (VAWG)
Collaborating with and managing external PR agencies
Supporting crisis communication and reputation management
Leading internal communications, including local townhalls and news updates

What we're looking for:

3–5 years of experience in communications or PR
Strong project leadership and communication skills
Ability to translate business goals into engaging internal and external messaging
Proven experience managing CSR campaigns and working with media
Experience in managing agency relationships
A track record of delivering successful communication strategies
Proactive, agile, and a strong team player
