RAC Auto Services is one of WA’s most trusted automotive brands, proudly serving members for over 119 years. We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee operations at our Mandurah Service Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified technician or senior team leader looking to step up and lead a skilled team in a modern workshop environment.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprentices

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met

• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC’s quality standards

• Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures

• Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence

What are we looking for?

• Qualified Automotive Technician

• Licensing: C-Class Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Repairer's License

• Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics

• Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate and mentor a diverse team

• Organizational Strength: Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing workload, and resolving conflicts
