The Role

You will play a crucial role in campaign readiness activities for materials and ERP set up related to production of campaigns for existing customers. Are you good at stakeholder management, have a strong sense of structure, focus on details and thrive in a high pace and at times unpredictable environment then you are ideal for the role. You will also be highly involved in Tech Transfers, onboarding new programs where your role will be crucial in transmitting Master data and build advanced Bill of Materials into the ERP system based on documentation from different stakeholders in the organization.

Your New Team

The Drug Substance Planning team is a part of Supply Chain Operations embedded in the Supply Chain Management organization of around 100 employees.

You will be joining an amazing team of seven dedicated Supply Chain specialists.

The team has a wide cross-functional span, collaborating with stakeholders from multiple functions and is considered as a strong partner by colleagues across the site.

Your Primary Tasks

Program responsible within the core areas for the Planning team
Analytical tasks related to core areas
Subject matter expert for Planning in Change Management cases
Participate in cross functional activities related to Product Introductions/Tech Transfers into the facility
Ensure material readiness through advanced Bill of material creation and set up, setting the right planning and Master Data parameters
Planning and creating requisitions for material ordering for high-cost materials
Stakeholder management

Your Talent

We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:

Professional qualifications:

2+ years of Supply Chain experience preferably within a similar position
Strong interest within planning processes, data and systems
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills and fluency in English
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Natural interest for production environment
Bachelor's (BA) or Master's Degree (MSc) within Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing engineering or equivalent
