Ready to turn ideas into action? Step into your next role as a Technical Learning Specialist at Findex! We’re seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our Learning & Development team as a Technical Learning Specialist. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences across Findex.

This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position based for anyone across Australia and New Zealand.

What will your typical week look like?

Take ownership of creating and coordinating consistent role-based experiences across Findex.
Develop and maintain training materials, including eLearning modules, workshops, guides, and job aids.
Use learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Tribal Habits, Camtasia) to contribute to digital training development.
Monitor and report on learner engagement and feedback to support continuous improvement.

2-4 years working withing learning and development, training, or adult education.
Experience in financial services is essential.
