- Collaborate closely with project teams and software developers to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights and inform project-related decisions.
- Work with software developers to design and implement data-driven applications and tools that streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using PowerBI, Power Platform, and SharePoint to support projects.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
- Utilize advanced Excel functionalities for data processing, analysis, and visualization in the context of projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities related to projects.
Secondary Responsibilities (Bonus Experience):
- Apply data science methodologies to enhance analytical models and predictive capabilities for projects.
- Implement basic AI/ML algorithms to improve predictive analytics and automate data-driven processes in the project context.
- Explore and integrate new data sources to enrich existing datasets and expand analytical scope for projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the digital project support team.
- Leverage Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to streamline data workflows and automate repetitive tasks related to projects.
- Utilize Dataverse to build and manage scalable data solutions that support project-wide analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless integration of data solutions into project workflows and business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline. A degree in a project-related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably supporting projects and collaborating with software developers.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including proficiency in functions, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Expertise in PowerBI, Power Platform, and SharePoint for developing interactive reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Experience with Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in a project context is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project teams, software developers, and clients.
- Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines in a project environment.
- Knowledge of data governance best practices and experience working with large-scale datasets in a project-driven setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with software development teams.
