We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decisions across the organization by transforming complex data into actionable insights. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, providing post-campaign analysis, developing interactive Power BI dashboards, and ensuring robust data governance practices. Key Responsibilities:

Post-Campaign Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of marketing and sales campaigns. Identify key success metrics, draw actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
Dashboard Development:
Build and maintain interactive, scalable dashboards and reports using Power BI that deliver business insights across functions including marketing, sales, and operations.
Data Management and Integration:
Work with large-scale data systems, including Databricks and Azure, to extract, clean, and transform data into usable formats.
Advanced SQL Querying:
Use SQL extensively to query structured databases for in-depth analysis, KPI tracking, and root cause investigations.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
Leverage both qualitative and quantitative approaches to identify the root causes of business challenges and performance bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into data requirements and presenting insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
Data Governance and Compliance:
Ensure all dashboards, reports, and analytical processes meet internal standards for data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
5–8 years of proven experience in data analytics, preferably in the e-commerce, CPG, or retail industry.
BI Tools:
Deep expertise in Power BI—dashboard design, DAX, and Power Query.
Data Platforms:
Hands-on experience working with Databricks, Azure, and large data lakes or warehouses.
SQL Mastery:
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data wrangling.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to conduct post-campaign analysis, design performance measurement frameworks, and deliver root cause analyses.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with C-level and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation is a strong plus.
