About the Role:

An experienced Finance Senior Manager / Director will provide strategic leadership and oversee all financial operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
3. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering insights to senior management.
4. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to safeguard the financial health and stability of the company.
5. Oversee the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
6. Present financial reports and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
8. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, maintaining compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
9. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and financial institutions, providing expert financial advice and guidance as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of local financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a finance team.
