Develop and implement strategies for cloud operations, ensuring alignment with organizational
goals and industry best practices.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud engineers and support staff, fostering a high
performance culture.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Establish and optimize processes for incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem prevention within the cloud environment.
Implement and enforce robust change management procedures to minimize risks and ensure smooth transitions of cloud services.
Monitor and optimize cloud spending, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Ensure cloud operations adhere to regulatory compliance requirements and security best practices.
Forecast future cloud resource needs and plan for scaling infrastructure to meet business demands.
Provide regular reports on cloud performance, availability, usage, consumption, and cost metrics to senior management.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role specifically managing cloud environments.
Cloud providers Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent) are highly preferred.
ITIL certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Intermediate) is highly preferred
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) is highly preferred

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role specifically managing cloud environments.
Cloud providers Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent) are highly preferred.
