You’ll work directly with cutting-edge applicant tracking systems while managing complex interview processes that span four stages per candidate. - Orchestrate interview scheduling across multiple roles and coordinate complex 4-stage interview processes
- Maintain and update candidate information in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Craft professional communications to candidates using established templates while maintaining engaging, timely correspondence
- Drive interviewer accountability by following up on feedback submission and ensuring process momentum
- Coordinate seamlessly between candidates and multiple stakeholders to schedule next-stage interviews
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including strategic inbox management and operational assistance
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate progress and recruitment pipeline status across all active roles
- Exceptional organizational abilities with proven experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written communication skills with natural ability to maintain professional, engaging tone
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience highly valued) or demonstrated ability to master new technology quickly
- Proficiency in Gmail and Slack for seamless daily communication and collaboration
- Recruitment, HR coordination, or related experience strongly preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
- Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate records
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple recruitment processes concurrently
- Flexibility to expand role scope as business needs evolve, including additional administrative responsibilities
