Spanish Bilingual Estimator (ZR_25300_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Los Angeles, CA Time with 1-hour unpaid break Pacific time.
  

• Analysis of the Project Plans, providing the Estimate of the project to Sales & Marketing department
  
• Analysis of the Plans, identifying inconsistencies and providing RFI to the Architect or the Owner
  
• Checking the list of Exclusions and Allowances and Specifications in the Contract. Making sure we are not doing the job which is not on the plans. Making sure we are not agreeing on the materials which are more expensive than that in the Estimate.
  
• Checking the shop drawings from the subcontractors
  
• Proposing solutions to minimize the budgets (offering different suppliers of the finishing materials: windows, etc)
  
• Keeping the log and database of all materials suppliers
  

• Fluent in Spanish and English
  
• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering (or a related field) from an accredited institution.
  
• Diploma and GPA required as part of the application.
  
• ⁠Work experience in the same or relevant field.
  
• ⁠⁠Ability to work on the construction volumes estimator's software
