About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Inventory Controller to join the team at Lineage. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the accurate management of our customers' products. You will work closely with the operational team to support the efficient storage and movement of inventory, organising and monitoring work processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and service.

What you'll be doing

Lead and build on Lineage’s strong health and safety culture.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers through proactive communication and service.
Ensure operational staff are informed of any changes to validation or auditing requirements.
Perform regular and accurate stocktakes.
Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
Become a super-user of key systems and inventory platforms.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and logistics processes.

What we're looking for

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MPI) is an advantage.
Knowledge of warehousing and lean workflows
