RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Daily
• Return Processing & Verification, segregate > dismantle > inspect > record > system receiving
• Physical goods cleaning, arrange for put-away/ dispose/ return to supplier
• System Reconciliation, reconcile returned items against order numbers and sales orders
• Coordination with Stakeholders and escalate irregular cases to the respective parties
• Ensure return processes meet compliance and audit requirements.
B) Weekly
• Perform write off from 880 for OP & MP
• DER segregation & IWT from 880 to 940
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Must possess at least SPM
* At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse environment
* Experience working specific in Warehouse e-Commerce will be added advantage
* Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively
* Willing to work on shift or/and different off day & Public Holidays
* Good team player initiative, passionate & pleasant personality
