Oversee all new features and project development.
∙ Ensures smooth implementation and integration with all bank internal systems.
∙ Acts as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
∙ Acts as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
∙ Evaluates emerging technologies and suggests improvements to digital channels.
∙ Ensure that digital solutions adhere to the bank’s cybersecurity policies and data protection standards as well as regulatory standards.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in application support and integration.
- Experience in debugging
and tracing and application integration, as well as general knowledge of
application support.
- SQL, Oracle DB, and XML language knowledge and certification are pluses.
