The ELPT serves as a site-based leader who supports the effective implementation of English Learner services. The role includes guiding compliance with state and district policies, supporting teachers in delivering high-quality instruction aligned to WIDA and content standards, and advocating for the academic success and linguistic development of multilingual learners. The ELPT also collaborates with families, staff, and administrators to ensure equitable access to educational opportunities for all English Learners.
