Senior Business Analyst

Linea Aqua is a swimwear manufacturer, established as a joint venture between MAS Holdings and Speedo International in 2001. Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes. We are seeking for an individual who to generate analysis and business insights considering external and internal business environment related respective unites where senior management will be able to derive decision for opportunities and changing customer and business requirements while assisting Director of BU on day today administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reviews on assigned segments of the monthly performance reviews.
Involvement in special assignments / projects in the usual finance function and Commercial & Logistics functions.
Contribution towards development of processes and SOPs across the organisation.
Oversight towards the governance & control functions.
Facilitate the preparation of Hoshin Kanri, support the formulation of KPIs and A3s to ensure a timely achievement of the overall business objectives.
Support the Director in execution of all relevant tasks in the department, as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Professional Qualification in Finance
2‐3 years of work experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced, diverse community.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
