Associate - Finance Operations ‐ ITP

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to execute timely & accurate payment processing for assigned SBUs, to consistently exceed the expectations of the customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out credit payable activities and ensure proper mechanisms are put in place to settle money within the set credit period.
• Achieve monthly targets for Goods Receipt or Invoice Receipt and advances in assigned SBUs in order to meet organizational demands.
• Implement lean initiatives to eliminate waste and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of the processes to achieve an effective and efficient way of working.
• Identify and implement processes or system improvements or developments in order to facilitate an efficient business process.
• Assist in user acceptance testing for system upgrades and future businesses prospects in order to grow into a profitable business.
• Support team with audit requirements and ensure they are fulfilled to meet business demands.
• Ensure necessary actions are taken to follow-up and clear outstanding work cycles. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

• Degree in Finance or Financial accounting or Economics or CIMA, ACCA or ICASL or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in the field. 
• Good communication skills.
