 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across ATL and digital channels
• Manage media budgets, track spend, and optimize for ROI and cost efficiency
• Lead cross-functional planning of brand and performance campaigns, from ideation to execution
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
• Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to drive campaign success
• Coordinate with agencies and local markets to ensure seamless implementation
• Other tasks related to this position

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or related fields
• Proven success managing ATL and digital campaigns with quantifiable impact
• Strong command of Google Analytics and media performance tracking
• Experience leading social media campaigns with large-scale audiences
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Agency or multi-brand management experience is a strong plus
