We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Support Specialist with expertise CyberArk Privilege Cloud, CyberArk Conjur, Data Protection Advisor (DPA), and Secure Configuration Assessment (SCA) administration. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and security of our organization's privileged access management (PAM) systems, data protection, and secure configuration operations.
- CyberArk Privilege Cloud Administration:
- Act as a secondary administrator for CyberArk Privilege Cloud, contributing to the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the solution.
- Assist in managing privileged accounts, credential rotation, session management, and audit trails as per organizational policies.
- Support monitoring and troubleshooting of CyberArk Privilege Cloud performance and issues, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
- Data Protection Advisor (DPA) Administration:
- Administer the Data Protection Advisor tool, focusing on advanced data protection strategies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and optimize backup and recovery operations, providing expert analysis of backup performance and storage utilization.
- Generate and distribute detailed reports and recommendations for improving data protection strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Secure Configuration Assessment (SCA) Administration:
- Perform advanced secure configuration assessments using CyberArk SCA tools to identify and remediate vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security configuration baselines for various systems and applications.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc reviews to ensure compliance with security configuration policies and standards.
- Provide comprehensive reports of secure configuration assessments and recommend corrective actions for identified issues.
- Expert Support and Troubleshooting:
- Serve as the Level 3 support contact for CyberArk Privilege Cloud, CyberArk Conjur, DPA, and SCA-related issues, resolving complex problems escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring and critical issues, implementing long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
