9:00 am  to 5:30 pm subject to client deliverables and commitments.
  • Lead a team of graduates, executives and qualified seniors working on onshore audits for the Netherlands
  • Auditing financial statements of international clients and performing an in-charge role
  • Managing international clients and leading the audits with high quality delivery..
  • Act as main point of contact for onshore departments and build strong relationships with key contacts in the Netherlands
  • Work with the senior management and key Netherlands contacts to develop business and grow the team
  • Make regular contact with Netherlands to ensure staff are booked to audits and utilized effectively and take feedback on quality of work delivered
  • Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from onshore
  • Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations.
  • Deliver quality auditing services to clients and their stakeholders
  • Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed
  • Work with Recruitment team to support hiring needs

Educational qualifications

  • A qualified CA/ACCA (ideally 1st attempt)
  • Work experience
  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience with international business, manufacturing, trading and service industry with a track record of academic and professional success
  • Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

  • Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS word and Power point.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Coach Executives and Seniors on performing reviews and developing their team members

Preferred technical & functional skills

  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values.
