The `Food Handling Function ‘reports to the Master

The `Food Handling Function ‘must fully adhere to the guidance in Food Safety

If any of the guidance in Food Safety cannot be maintained the Master must be informed. 

Comply with the regulations of the company safety management system.

Learning Descriptions:

• Knowledge and Qualifications:
• STCW - Cooks Certificate (Food Hygiene)
• Basic Safety Training (STCW A-VI/1)
• Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties A-VI/6
• Valid Seafarer Medical
