Drive the Sales
- Work to hit individual sales and other store target
- Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers
- Maintain a tight control on discounting and giveaways/discounted products
- Monitors sales through the cash register; resolves discrepancies, prepares, reconciles, and records cash receipts for a deposit, and prepares sales data reports.
- To carry out & special task/ ad hoc matters pertaining store/brand operations when required whether it be in special circumstances or not.
Achieve High Service Standards
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent GUESTS service experience to customers
- Always Maintaining and upholding the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand
- Responsible for collecting Customer Registration Card (CRC) as per store target
- Work with the Managers to best handle customer complaints
- To comply with Brand standards, company SOP and the Code of Business Conduct
Maintain Best Retail Standards
- Perform store opening and closing procedures and ensure the process complies with company SOPs
- Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures, and furniture within the store and always kept neat and tidy
- Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.
- Vigilant and practice regular checks on staff movements during operating hours
- To always adhere to all guidelines as per the Company Store Operations Procedures Deck.
Inventory Integrity
- Working together with Store PIC / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager to maintain a healthy inventory while minimizing the possibility of stock shrinkages as per guidelines listed in the Company Store Operations Procedures Deck.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock count to avoid pilferage.
- Resolve discrepancies within 48hours and report all findings to Store PIC / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager
- Monitor and coordinate receiving of merchandise and price tagging according to operation procedures
Reporting
- Updating customer database in system on daily basis.
- Responsible for all stock control documentation, ensure timely and accurate submission
- To support in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, inventory control, logistics in a timely manner
- Responsible to deliver/accomplish any Ad Hoc reporting task as required by the Store PIC / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager
• Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English & Bahasa
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment
• Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system
