IT intern

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic IT Intern to support our business growth in Turkey region by optimizing IT operations and enhancing technical processes, while upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various systems
• Support the IT team in managing network connectivity and troubleshooting network issues
• Help document IT processes and maintain system documentation
• Participate in the deployment and configuration of computer systems and software applications
• Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and in-person
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment
• Help in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and software solutions
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
