Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of today’s digital landscape. This is a leadership role requiring vision, innovation, and proven success in omnichannel marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.

Performance & Analytics

    • Leverage data from tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms to monitor campaign performance.
    • Define and track KPIs, optimize ROI, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Management

    • Manage cross-functional teams including SEO, PPC, content, social media, and email marketing.
    • Mentor junior staff and manage external agencies and vendor relationships.

Omnichannel Execution

    • Drive integrated marketing across platforms including search, display, social, email, content, video, and mobile.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Technical Proficiency

    • Utilize marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, and CMS platforms.
    • Understand basic HTML/CSS, marketing automation, and tag management (e.g., GTM).

Creativity & Innovation

    • Lead the development of compelling campaigns using storytelling and design principles.
    • Explore emerging trends including AI, personalization, and influencer marketing.

Communication & Collaboration

    • Present marketing strategies, results, and insights clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Write and edit content for marketing materials as needed.

Adaptability

    • Stay current with evolving digital trends, platform updates, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
    • Adjust strategies rapidly to respond to changes in the digital environment.

Customer-Centric Approach

    • Deeply understand target audience needs and behaviors.
    • Create user journeys and experiences that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

Budget Management

    • Manage and allocate six- to seven-figure marketing budgets efficiently.
    • Optimize spend across channels based on performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn, Google, and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Advanced skills in digital marketing technologies, analytics, and AI-driven tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
