Senior Architect Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Architecture Engineer with a strong background in both architectural and urban design, who is capable of directly contributing to the development of design concepts, drawings, and master plans. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in producing detailed drawings and documentation, as well as an understanding of urban development principles. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia and be comfortable taking technical ownership of the design output.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and technical drawings from concept through to construction documents.
• Take a hands-on role in drawing production, using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM platforms.
• Prepare and review urban design layouts and master plans, integrating zoning and planning regulations.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all design documents in line with project requirements and local codes.
• Coordinate design development across disciplines to maintain consistency and technical alignment.
• Participate in technical workshops and resolve design-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing presentations and design reports for client and authority approvals.
• Ensure compliance with municipal and national building codes, urban guidelines, and client standards.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to junior architects and draftsmen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s in Urban Planning or related field is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of hands-on architectural and urban design work.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit/BIM, and other technical design software.
• Solid understanding of Saudi authority regulations and experience with submission procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to translate design concepts into technical deliverables.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
