Community Growth Specialist (WhatsApp Communities SG & MY)

Strategically grow the WhatsApp community by acquiring new members through partnerships, digital campaigns, and referral programs.
Identify and collaborate with relevant parenting groups, influencers, and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to drive organic growth.
Optimize onboarding strategies to ensure new members are engaged from day one. Monitor community KPIs, such as member growth, retention, and engagement rates.
Use data insights to refine acquisition and engagement strategies.
Provide regular reports and recommendations for scaling the WhatsApp community effectively.

Requirements

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and people skills — fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with WhatsApp usage for group/community management.
Self-starter with a keen interest in digital marketing, community growth, or social engagement.
Open for fresh graduates/freelance as well
Bonus: Experience working with influencers, parenting communities, or content creation.
