About The Team:
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted growth strategies for segmented creator groups based on business objectives.
- Independently conduct creator analysis, produce strategy documents and reports, define clear success metrics, drive execution, and conduct thorough performance reviews to identify the most effective paths to scale.
- Deeply understand creator needs and identify key challenges and opportunities within the live content ecosystem.
- Design scalable creator education frameworks and guidance to support creator development, and collaborate closely with product teams to continuously improve creator-facing features.
- Independently plan and execute creator-facing campaigns.
- Set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness through data-driven retrospectives.
- Summarize best practices and explore scalable models for future replication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring sound project design and effective time management.
- Facilitate smooth communication across teams, and build strong cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Data Analytics teams.
